Hoppagrass has been in business for a little over 20 years. First opening in the largest mall in New Hampshire. Then we moved to Center City to pursue a more personal contact with customers. We increased our customer base over the next 10 years. Service and trust has resulted in loyal customers and continued support (i.e. weddings) that have now included their children’s wedding because we did such a personal job on theirs. A wonderful compliment to us and what we’ve strived for. Another move has brought us to a residential location and a different challenge. Even more personal service where our customers live. Our city customers have remained with us and our residential customers are growing as we settle into our 5th year here. We’re looking forward to welcoming our new internet customers into our family.

Our shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We close at 12:00 noon on Wednesdays except for Holiday Weeks.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays:

Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Via our network we offer delivery Monday thru Saturday to all 50 states and Canada.
International Deliveries are made the next business day.

Hoppagrass carries high-end gifts for our customers as we are located in an upper middle class area. Our gifts include Boyd’s Bears, Russ Gifts, Mary Engelbright, First & Main, Gift Crafts, Inc., NCE Dico Flags and Salmon Falls Pottery. We also do custom gift baskets. Our wedding work is know for our very personal service.

A local delivery fee of $13.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Wednesday afternoons and Sundays. Deliveries requested on these days will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
